Trimax has a wealth of experience with numerous project startups and can offer standalone services to make sure your project progresses smoothly and with minimum setbacks. Our goal is a smooth transition of your new or retrofitted system into service. Each field device is carefully calibrated and checked for proper functionality. Connectivity and signal is verified and power tests are conducted. Site specific forms are used to record all results from testing and provided to the owner for review.

Once the system has been satisfactorily tested, system commissioning is performed to ensure the proper integration into the site as a whole. Trimax Systems places great importance on our responsibility to make sure your system functions well as a whole, not just as a part.

Additionally, Trimax ensures ongoing operation of the new system with comprehensive Operations and Maintenance training for site personnel. This training occurs on site with the system, so the trainees learn on the actual equipment and software. Training is conducted using custom, Trimax assembled Operations & Maintenance Manuals containing detailed manufacturer instructions and guidelines as well as site specific operation guidelines for programs and user interfaces. These are provided to the customer as part of every project.
